Information you give us. When you book a stay, inquire about our services, subscribe to our mailing list, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing or billing address, reservation details, and any messages you send us.

Payments are processed by third-party payment and booking platforms. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.

We use third-party platforms to operate our business (for example, property-management, channel-management, and accounting tools). We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run our business, including with: service providers and platforms that help us operate (such as booking, payment, property-management, and accounting providers); property owners and guests as necessary to fulfill a reservation; and authorities or other parties where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Data from accounting and business integrations.
Where we connect business tools such as QuickBooks Online, any data accessed is limited to our own company records and is used solely for our internal accounting, reconciliation, and reporting. This data is retrieved to systems we control and is not sold or shared for advertising.
Data retention.
We keep personal and business information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes.
Your choices.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at stay@skyviewvacations.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
