Greg is our go-to resource for real estate insight and short-term rental strategy. He helps identify which homes on the market have the highest potential for STR success and supports investors looking to break into the space. With a keen eye for performance, Greg can quickly assess how a property will operate—and thrive. Backed by 25 years in management consulting with Accenture, Deloitte, and PWC, he brings unmatched expertise in process design and analytics to everything he touches. Greg also runs his own real estate brand, Realtor in a Jeep, serving buyers across the DFW area who are eager to find the perfect investment.

Dawn shapes Skyview Vacations' culture, ensuring guests and clients receive top-tier care while fostering a thriving, positive team. She guides marketing, strategy, and operations, offering insight without getting lost in the details. With 25 years in Corporate IT Sales, Dawn excels in customer service and business strategy. She stays ahead of industry trends through top mastermind groups, keeping Skyview at the forefront of short-term rentals. When she’s not leading the team, she loves time on the water with her husband and four sons.

Meg serves as the Chief Efficiency Officer at Skyview Vacations, where she leads with intention, structure, and a passion for refining the way things run. She designs scalable systems, streamlines operations, and ensures that every detail behind the scenes supports an outstanding experience for both guests and property owners. With a keen eye for process improvement and team collaboration, Meg keeps Skyview operating at its highest level. Outside of work, Meg enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, homeschooling, being outdoors, living holistically, and diving into creative projects—especially woodworking and CrossFit.

Misty is the heart of Skyview Vacations’ operations, managing cleaning teams, handling guest and owner communications, and ensuring every property meets our high standards. She knows each home inside and out, making her an invaluable resource for both our team and our clients. From seamless turnovers to troubleshooting on the fly, Misty’s attention to detail and problem-solving skills keep everything running smoothly. Her dedication ensures that both guests and owners feel taken care of, making her a true asset to our team.
Chelsi
Chelsi is the Hospitality Operations & Strategy Manager at Skyview Vacations, where she brings together operational strategy, tech-savvy systems, and creative brand thinking to help the company grow. With a background rooted in the short-term rental industry, she works across hospitality operations, internal workflows, SOP development, guest experience, team coordination, and process improvement to help properties and teams run more smoothly. She has a strong passion for building smart systems that make daily operations more efficient, from creating clear workflows and SOPs to finding tech tools that help simplify and streamline the way the team works. Alongside operations, she also leads marketing and brand strategy for Skyview Vacations and the properties they manage, helping shape how each property is positioned, presented, and shared with the right audience. Whether she is refining a process, improving a guest experience, planning a brand strategy, or finding a better way to organize the behind-the-scenes work, she brings a thoughtful, strategic, and solutions-focused approach to everything she does. When she’s not working on hospitality operations, strategy, or brand growth, you’ll likely find her with her nose in a book. Chelsi is a proud bookworm at heart.

Ken is one of the friendly faces guests can count on during their stay. With his upbeat attitude, fun personality, and genuine love for helping people, Ken makes guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive. Whether he is answering questions, assisting with guest needs, or making sure the hotel runs smoothly, he brings warmth and great energy to everything he does. And when he is not helping guests, Ken also works as a baker, adding another special touch to the hotel experience with his talent and creativity. He is kind, dependable, and always ready to make someone’s day a little brighter.
Mallory
Mallory King is a dedicated house cleaner with over a decade of experience in maintaining homes and hotels. Currently working with Skyview Vacations, she not only excels in her cleaning duties but also assists with various tasks as needed to ensure every space meets the highest standards of care. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Mallory is a devoted wife and mother of four girls. She treasures the time spent with her family, infusing the same passion and commitment into her personal life as she does in her work. Her blend of experience, reliability, and heartfelt care makes her an invaluable member of the Skyview team.
