We have been real estate investors for the last 20 years. Greg uses our personal experience and marries it with his corporate background in Management Consulting, and 10+ years of experience. Having that blend of experience provides a unique value to his investor clients in analyzing vacation rental markets and negotiating the purchase of their next vacation rental property.
Skyview Vacations STR Co-Hosts
We love managing vacation rentals for busy people.
We enjoy spending time with our 4 adult sons and love having a family-centric lake house for those cherished family moments. We enjoy traveling, movies, hiking, boating, and pretty much doing anything on the lake.
Owner and Chief Happiness Officer
Dawn is responsible for the day-to-day tasks of running the Co-Host business and to ensure both guest and owner/investor satisfaction. She thrives in a high-energy, fast-pased environment and loves spending time with her husband, 4 adult sons and being on the water.
Dawn has a 25 year background in Corporate IT Sales with providing a high level of customer service and aligning complex solutions to customer problems that need to be solved.
Owner and COO
Greg is responsible for our property pricing strategy and revenue management. He works closely with investors to identify, close and manage potential homes with top cash-on-cash returns as Short Term Rentals. Greg is affectionately known around Granbury as "Realtor in a Jeep" and can be found around town in one of his two Jeeps and grabbing a minute in his hammock any chance that he gets.
Greg has a 25-year background in Management Consulting with Accenture, Deloitte, and PWC and has extensive experience in building processes, tool enablement, and organizational design for Fortune 100 organizations.
Meg brings excellence to the daily operations and coordination of the day to day aspects of the business...everything from guest satisfaction, cleaner management, vender management, team support, payment processing and so much more. Meg and her husband are also the owners of Chambers Woodcraft and make fantastic custom woodwork for our properties.
Fortunately, Meg has 12+ years of Customer Service, Marketing and Accounting and is amazing at holding the team together with grace.
Meg absolutely loves spending time outdoors, gardening and homeschooling her son and daughter.
Back Office Administrator
Megan is responsible for reconciliations and online research.
Megan has 16+ years of experience in Customer Service, Executive Support, and IT Support.
Megan loves being a part of a team that supports her schedule to home-school her two young children.
Tech Girl/Quality Control
Lana is affectionately referred to as our "Tech Girl". Lana runs all over Hood County for us, installing and supporting our STR homes' tech stack: cameras, StayFi's, Wifi-enabled door locks, Wifi extenders, etc. She also manages guest supply inventory and does quality control of our STR cleans.
Lana loves spending time with her two sons and anything to do with plants.
Lana brings with her 9 years of experience in Customer Service, Business Management and cleaning expertise.
Expert Virtual Assistant
Zen is responsible for optimization of Short Term Rental listings, management of STR tools and ensuring that guests are always responded to within 15 minutes.
Zen has 10 year experience as a Customer Service Representative, Administrative Assistant and Sales Development Representative.
Mom of four! Misty loves spending time with all of her children, sports and decorating.
Misty has 23 years in management and business operations experience and 26 years customer service.
Caden loves being a local carpenter and building decks for clients in the Granbury area. He is a father and actively involved in VBS.
