Greg & Dawn live in Granbury, Texas, and are excited to share our vacation home with you! We love managing our businesses together as a couple:

We have been real estate investors for the last 20 years. Greg uses our personal experience and marries it with his corporate background in Management Consulting, and 10+ years of experience. Having that blend of experience provides a unique value to his investor clients in analyzing vacation rental markets and negotiating the purchase of their next vacation rental property.

We love managing vacation rentals for busy people.

 

We enjoy spending time with our 4 adult sons and love having a family-centric lake house for those cherished family moments. We enjoy traveling, movies, hiking, boating, and pretty much doing anything on the lake.

Greg Cornett

Greg is our go-to resource for real estate insight and short-term rental strategy. He helps identify which homes on the market have the highest potential for STR success and supports investors looking to break into the space. With a keen eye for performance, Greg can quickly assess how a property will operate—and thrive. Backed by 25 years in management consulting with Accenture, Deloitte, and PWC, he brings unmatched expertise in process design and analytics to everything he touches. Greg also runs his own real estate brand, Realtor in a Jeep, serving buyers across the DFW area who are eager to find the perfect investment.

Dawn Cornett

Dawn shapes Skyview Vacations' culture, ensuring guests and clients receive top-tier care while fostering a thriving, positive team. She guides marketing, strategy, and operations, offering insight without getting lost in the details. With 25 years in Corporate IT Sales, Dawn excels in customer service and business strategy. She stays ahead of industry trends through top mastermind groups, keeping Skyview at the forefront of short-term rentals. When she’s not leading the team, she loves time on the water with her husband and four sons.

Meg

Meg serves as the Chief Efficiency Officer at Skyview Vacations, where she leads with intention, structure, and a passion for refining the way things run. She designs scalable systems, streamlines operations, and ensures that every detail behind the scenes supports an outstanding experience for both guests and property owners. With a keen eye for process improvement and team collaboration, Meg keeps Skyview operating at its highest level. Outside of work, Meg enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, homeschooling, being outdoors, living holistically, and diving into creative projects—especially woodworking and CrossFit.

Misty

Misty is the heart of Skyview Vacations’ operations, managing cleaning teams, handling guest and owner communications, and ensuring every property meets our high standards. She knows each home inside and out, making her an invaluable resource for both our team and our clients. From seamless turnovers to troubleshooting on the fly, Misty’s attention to detail and problem-solving skills keep everything running smoothly. Her dedication ensures that both guests and owners feel taken care of, making her a true asset to our team.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Mallory is a devoted wife and mother of four girls. She treasures the time spent with her family, infusing the same passion and commitment into her personal life as she does in her work.
