Situated within comfortable strolling distance of Granbury Square's historical charm and the convenience of Lake Granbury Hospital, this cozy two-bedroom duplex is home and office to those seeking a pet friendly abode. Not only boasting alluring bedrooms for 7 sleepers, but also furnished with an inviting living room, separate dining area plus desk station! It even comes complete with its very own transformable sunroom/third bedroom perfect for making memories! The space Granbury Getaway is brought to you by Skyview Vacations. This charming 1940's home is in a cute older neighborhood with lots of charm and has a remodeled living room, dining room, kitchen and bedrooms. You can also relax on the long front porch or enjoy the seating in the private backyard. The property has super strong Wi-Fi and Pam's breakfast restaurant is just a few steps away. You will find a Master bedroom with a California King bed, dresser, and large closet. The second bedroom down the hall features 2 double beds, closet, and plenty of shelf space to make yourselves at home. The Sunroom is a perfect third bedroom spaces with a twin comfy twin bed with a bonus trundle. The ample windows in the sunroom overlook the backyard with beautiful trees that offer great shade. The private backyard is fully fenced and features a seating area and BBQ Grill. The home has one bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There is a full kitchen with a double oven with a gas stovetop, microwave, full refrigerator and plenty of pantry space. Also included are your basic amenities- Coffee Pot, Keurig Coffee Machine, Blender, Pots, Pans, baking sheets and more! Our home is pet friendly and has tile/linoleum floors throughout. We have ensured that any need you may have has been provided, from towels, a fully stocked kitchen, charging station, sound machine and a starter pack of shampoo, soap, coffee, sweetener, etc. Not to mention FAST internet. We also have a charger for electric vehicles. Come settle in and enjoy our loft as your home-away-from-home. Guest access You will have private access to the unit and it's amenities, fenced in backyard, your side of the front porch, and 2 parking spaces in the driveway. Other things to note Vacation Rental Reminder Kindly keep in mind that we are not a hotel and that our accommodations are offered as vacation rentals, so we’ll provide some bathroom essentials (shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper) and coffee/tea, paper towels and trash bags to get you started, however these items are not replenished during your stay. Should you require additional quantities of these items, you can find them (and much more) available at any store nearby. Pets We are a pet friendly home and allow up to 2 dogs during your stay. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet prior to your stay. As much as we love cats, birds and other animals, we are not able to host them in our vacation rental.
